Refund & Credit Requests
1. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee and are pro-rated
on any unused portion.
2. Refund or Credit Requests are subject to a Director's approval and
must be made in writing. No refunds or credits will be given after the
second, class except for medical reasons, which require a doctor's verification.
3. All credits are in the form of a computer credit are good for one
year and valid at any branch.
4. Refunds will be granted if the YMCA cancels classes.
5. Credits/Refunds will not be issued for missed classes due to illness.
6. Credits/Refunds will not be issued after the second class has met.
7. Membership and Program satisfaction guaranteed or money returned.
