How To Register

Registration Process

1. Most programs are limited in size and registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Program Fees must be paid at the time of registration. Registration will not be accepted without payment.
2. Registration may be done in person, online and in some branches over the phone, beginning on the morning of registration. Please consult your branch's Program Brochure, or contact your branch for more details.
3. Brochure material is subject to change.
4. The YMCA reserves the right to change, combine, or reschedule programs. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. The decision to hold or cancel classes will be made by the end of the second week of the registration period. Note: Swim classes will close enrollment at the end of the first week of classes.
5. Class make-ups must be completed during the same program session and at the director's discretion only.
6. To be eligible to register, some branches require that a membership be purchased. In addition, prices and registration dates may vary depending on the type of membership you have purchased. Please contact your local branch to find out details.

Refund Policy

1. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee and are pro-rated on any unused portion.
2. Refund or Credit Requests are subject to a Director's approval and must be made in writing. No refunds or credits will be given after the second class except for medical reasons, which require a doctor's verification.
3. All credits are in the form of a computer credit are good for one year and valid at any branch.
4. Refunds will be granted if the YMCA cancels classes.
5. Credits/Refunds will not be issued for missed classes due to illness.
6. Membership and Program satisfaction guaranteed or money returned.
