Free Weight Room

A traditional weight room with Olympic weightlifting equipment and machine equipment. Including Cybex Smith machine and dumbbells ranging from 5 to 120 pounds.

Racquetball & Handball Court

Three completely walled courts, one suitable for squash. No court fees. Same-day court reservations. Equipment can be rented daily.

Slingerland Natatorium

25 yard six lane, 4 feet deep, swimming pool is used for circle swimming, youth and adult classes. A coed whirlpool is also available for all adult members.
